EEN NIEUW LEVEN VOOR HET DAPPERHEIDSPLEIN     OPROEP AAN ONTWERPERS   OPDRACHTGEVER: Gemeente Anderlecht ADRES: Dapperheidsplein, 1070 Anderlecht PROGRAMMA: Publieke ruimte BUDGET: €4.875.000,00 incl. btw ERELOON: €487.500,00 incl. btw VERGOEDING: €8.000,00 UITERSTE INDIENINGSDATUM: 22.12.2021 om 09u30 LINK NAAR DE OPDRACHTDOCUMENTEN   Het Dapperheidsplein en de omgeving van de collegiale Sint-Pieter-en-Sint-Guidokerk in Anderlecht hebben een zeer grote erfgoedkundige waarde. Deze openbare ruimte, waarvan de geschiedenis teruggaat tot de middeleeuwen, is momenteel ondergewaardeerd en heeft dringend nood aan een ingrijpende herinrichting. Dat is in elk geval de wens van de gemeente Anderlecht, die een opdracht voor de heraanleg lanceert, een publieke plek van 20.000 m² die de aanblik van de gemeentekern zal veranderen. Belangrijk punt: het bedrijf APCOA is van plan een ondergrondse parkeergarage te bouwen onder het deel van het Dapperheidsplein dat aan de Wayezstraat grenst. Deze nieuwe parkeergarage moet de parkeerbehoefte op het plein zelf tot een minimum beperken, zodat er ruimte vrijkomt voor de zachte mobiliteit, recreatie, terrassen en groen, ook boven de parkeergarage. Bovendien geeft het wegvallen van het doorgaand verkeer en de integratie van de omliggende straten in de studieperimeter alle kansen voor een betere leefkwaliteit in het centrum.  Tot slot wordt ook de tuin grenzend aan de kerk opgenomen in de opdracht, waardoor een betere verbinding mogelijk wordt tussen de minerale openbare ruimte en de groenere omgeving van de collegiale kerk. Voor deze opdracht is de gemeente op zoek naar een multidisciplinair team. Avec une histoire remontant au Moyen-Âge, ces espaces publics sont aujourd’hui sous-évalués et ont grandement besoin d’un réaménagement en profondeur. C’est en tout cas le souhait de la commune d’Anderlecht qui lance aujourd’hui une mission de rénovation de ces espaces publics. Un réaménagement d’un espace de 20.000 m² qui changera à jamais le visage de la commune. Point important: la société APCOA prévoit de construire un parking souterrain sous la partie de la place de la Vaillance bordant la rue Wayez. Ce nouveau parking aura pour but de réduire au strict minimum le besoin de stationnement sur la place, libérant ainsi de l'espace pour les modes actifs, les aires de loisirs, les terrasses et la verdure, en ce compris sur le parking. De plus, la suppression du trafic de transit ainsi que l’intégration des rues environnantes dans le périmètre d’étude ouvrent des perspectives pour une meilleure habitabilité du centre.  Enfin, le jardin bordant l'église est également intégré au projet, ce qui permettra une meilleure connexion entre l'espace public minéral et le cadre plus vert de la Collégiale. Pour cette mission, la commune recherche une équipe multidisciplinaire. VAT GRANT: €8,000 DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: 22.12.2021 at 09hr30 AM LINK TO TENDERING DOCUMENTS   The Place de la Vaillance and the area around the Collegiate Church of St Peter and St Guido in Anderlecht boast a hugely important heritage value. Their history dates back to the Middle Ages, but these public spaces are now undervalued and in dire need of major redevelopment. Such, in any case, is the wish of the municipality of Anderlecht, which is now launching a renovation project for these public spaces. The redevelopment of an area covering 20,000m², which will change the face of the municipality. NB: APCOA plans to build an underground car park under the part of the Place de la Vaillance that borders on Rue Wayez. The purpose of this new car park is to reduce the need for parking in the square to an absolute minimum, freeing up space for casual users, leisure areas, terraces and greenery, even on top of the car park. In addition, getting rid of through traffic and making the surrounding streets part of the study area opens up the prospect of a more liveable centre. Finally, the garden bordering the church is also included in the specifications, which will allow a better connection between the cemented public space and the greener setting of the Collegiate Church. For this project, the municipality is looking for a multidisciplinary team. The goal of the project is to achieve exemplary work in terms of participation, mobility and landscaping.
