Boomtown, hét Pop-en
Rockfestival tijdens de Gentse Feesten, kijkt ook dit jaar over de grenzen van
de muziek heen. Samen met Soscastoa, een jong kunstenaarsinitiatief, focust
Boomtown op interactieve kunst. Dit gebeurt in het kader van het Alles
Kan-project van de Stedelijke Jeugddienst Gent.
De expo wordt een
ervaring waarbij de grenzen tussen kunst en kunstbeleving worden afgetast. Op
de site verschijnen frisse creaties. Werk met een impact op de toeschouwer.
Om dit te realiseren
zijn we op zoek naar jonge kunstenaars die buiten bestaande kaders durven
denken of innovatieve performances brengen. Heb je een concept met een

Boomtwn, thé Pop and
Rockfestival during the Gentse Feesten, looks beyond the borders of music.
Together with Soscastoa, a young artists initiative, Boomtown focusses on
inter-active art. This within the framework of the Alles Kan-project of the
Youth Department Ghent.
The expo will be an
adventure in which the borders between art and art experience are being
explored. Fresh creations appear on the site. Work with an impact on the
spectator.
In order to realise
this, we are looking for young artists who dare to think out of the box or
bring innovative performances. Do you have a concept with an interactive character?

Boomtown, lé
Festival Pop et Rock des Fêtes de Gand, surpasse l’experience uniquement
musicale. En coopération avec Soscastoa, une jeune initiative d’artistes,
Boomtown focalise l’art interactif. Ceci dans le cadre du Project Alles Kan du
Département de Jeunesse de Gand.
L’exposition
sera une aventure dans laquelle les frontières entre l’art et l’expérience
artistique seront explorées. Notre ambition est d’offrir des créations
nouvelles. Des ouvrages avec un impact sur le spectateur.
En vue de
réaliser ceci, nous sommes à la recherche de jeunes artistes qui s’hasardent à
penser hors des cadres existants ou qui exhibent des représentations
